What type of Roller Garage Doors do we offer?

 

A popular choice of our customer’s, is the standard high security roller garage door. These are manufactured from solid steel and fully powder coated in your choice of colour. Including a solid steel curtain made up of slight curved lath, for a sleek and clean look, completely timeless and made to last! We have over 100+ standard RAL colours for you to choose from too, to perfectly match the rest of your home’s exterior, or just your personal favourite colour!

All of our roller garage doors are manufactured completely bespoke and personal to you and your home. 

 

 

Another exceptional choice is our insulated Premier roller garage door. This would be your more premium option. High security, manufactured from a heavy duty foam filled aluminium profile, providing strength and insulation values – reducing heat loss and exterior noise.

The Premier doors are made up of either a 55mm foam filled lath or a 77mm foam filled lath. The 77mm is the most popular. However, the 55mm is a very suitable option if you require a more compact door; this option also includes a smaller box canopy at only 205mm deep. Whereas the 77mm Premier door is complete with a 300mm deep box canopy.

Our Premier roller garage doors are also available in a large variety of colours. Including 18 standard colours, and 18 foiled wood-grain effect colours. 

 

 

Insulated Premier Roller Garage Doors

Our insulated roller garage doors are manufactured from a heavy duty, twin wall, CFC free foam filled aluminium profile. The use of foam provides strength and proven insulation values, reducing heat loss and exterior noise. Certified U Value of 4.73W/m2 K. (Dimensions: 77mm x 20mm).

Our deep, heavy duty guide section provides safety and security against high winds and would-be intruders. The two brush strips protect the curtain from unnecessary wear and ensure smooth operation whilst also reducing heat loss and exterior noise. (Dimensions: 95mm x 34mm).
 
A heavy duty extruded aluminium bottom profile complete with a deep rubber seal provides additional strength and protection against adverse weather conditions. (Dimensions: 78mm x 19mm).
 
The DRS Premier is the only UK manufactured garage door supplied with a full canopy as standard, giving additional strength to the construction of the door whilst shielding moving parts. The use of a canopy is undoubtedly more aesthetically pleasing. (Dimensions: 300mm x 300mm).
 
Our insulated roller garage doors are electrically operated, powered by a fully CE compliant, single phase 240 volt tubular motor with a built-in manual override facility allowing the door to be operated manually in the event of mains failure.
 
All of our roller garage doors include a safety brake device as standard. The fully CE compliant anti-fallback device prevents the door from freefalling when in the open position in the unlikely event of a motor failure.
 
Our insulated roller garage doors also include auto locks. These heavy duty, anti-lift devices offer security against would-be intruders by preventing the door from being opened when in the fully closed position.
 

Our insulated roller garage doors also come with a remote control kit c/w 2 transmitters, courtesy light, push button and wireless optical safety edge system – controlled by a fully CE compliant, intelligent rolling code radio remote control system. Rolling code technology generates a unique code every operation eliminating the possibility of code copying.
